Conquering Conflict

Learn how to manage and resolve workplace conflicts effectively using the SCARF model, developed by neuroscientist David Rock. In this half-day workshop, you'll learn about the five key domains of the SCARF Model -- Status, Certainty, Autonomy, Relatedness, and Fairness -- and how these show up in workplace conflicts. Through case studies and role playing exercises, participants will walk away with an understanding of how these domains surface for themselves, a personal action plan, and strategies for managing these conflicts in the future.
